Beach Getaway

We were on spring break in Aruba and this property has a great location and a really comfortable beach. The condo was well appointed and clean. The checkin process was easy as well.

Great Aruba

The check-in process took way too long. The property and amenities were great and we were close to a lot of things to go do. As with most hotels on beaches, the hallways were a little damp/musty smelling, but not too bad. The suite we stayed in was great and had the right amount of space for our family. Overall great experience, but will probably do an adult only property on our next trip.

Love the Resort

We loved the Mariottt Ocean Club. It was a perfect size room/property for our family of 4. Rooms were pleasant and spacious. Facilities by the pool and beach were clean and perfectly situated in the Palm Beach area of Aruba. Thank you Vacation Candy for all of your help!

Nice but crowded

Property is very nice and well maintained. Beds comfortable and quiet. Things to know though: called and requested a high floor room as recommended by others, upon arrival was given first floor inside corner, literally the worst room location lanai next to main doors to pool area. No other rooms available to move to. To get nice pool chairs, you have to play the early morning towel game. Beach is crowded, mostly covered with hotel palapa and a row of thirty party umbrellas and chairs in front of those. If you rent early upon arrival, you can get a front row palapa behind the 3rd party umbrellas. You can only reserve 3 days a time. 3rd party books out ahead of time so none will be available to rent when you get there. Annoying bingo game at the pool everyday at 2:00, unless you like bingo I guess. Love Aruba, but will try a quieter area next time.

Marriott Ocean Club

Our experience couldn't have been better from the time we booked with Vacation Candy until we left the resort. We were looking for a specific resort to meet up with some friends and they found us exactly what we were looking for. The payment process was seamless and what a pleasure it was to receive a surprise package from Vacation Candy with some fun vacation oriented gifts; totally unexpected. Great hotel but can get crowded

The resort is wonderful for families. The units are very spacious. The grounds are well maintained. There are numerous pools to choose from. The beach is beautiful. The location is very convenient. The staff are all amazing! Only drawback is it can get very windy, especially near the kids pool and very crowded during spring break. You have to get up at 5:30am if you want good lounge chairs. Other than that, I highly recommend this resort, especially if you are traveling Roth children.

Love This Place......

If you have kids the surf club is better --- if you want to avoid kids then do the ocean club. Aruba is a great vacation spot and there's so much to see, learn and have fun. The island has tons of history and the resort if perfect. I'll keep going back year after year! Sunsets are amazing here too!!!!

5 stars for both the resort and Vacation Candy. great resort, pool, restaurants, work out facility all was fantastic. 2 BR with Kitchen was great. plenty of space for family of 4. Vacation Candy made it very easy, We plan on using Vacation Candy again.

Fantastic Stay in Aruba

We rented a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront unit and stayed in exactly what was listed. Our room was fantastic with amazing oceanfront views. They cleaned the room half way through our stay and did an excellent job. We would definitely stay here again! The only somewhat of a pain (if you can even say that while being in paradise) was reserving the palapas. Some days were fully booked and we couldn't reserve. However, there were always lounge chairs available and the beach attendants tried to get you in a shady spot if you wanted. There are other beach services conveniently located in front of the Resort that you can rent chairs and umbrellas. We did that for 2 days. Otherwise, fabulous vacation and would highly recommend.

Just Love Aruba!

Marriott's Ocean Club is fabulous great location walking distance to all that Aruba offers. The rooms are comfortable and offer everything you need including a well stocked kitchen. You can use the amenities at the other Marriott resorts and charge to your room. Many other dining options just steps from the resort. My favorite was Edwardo's a little hut offering Acai Bowls and other healthy options at a very fair price. They say Aruba is one of the most revisited vacation destinations and now I know why. I can't wait to go again hopefully December 2018 and I will certainly use Vacation Candy for my travel needs.
