2 BDR Modern Vacation home

A modern vacation home. The house has private entrance and parking space, totally fenced and gated for more privacy. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood very close to hotel and restaurant area, malls and beaches (5 to 7 minutes driving)
The space
The property consists of a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a nice dining area with seating capacity for 4 persons and 2 at breakfast bar. The house has WiFi, TV in every room and game boards for entertainment. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and second bathroom is available in social area. Both bathrooms have hot water. The house is fully air-conditioning. Outside is the grill area with a dining space for 8. Pool has a beautiful lightning at night and during the day you can enjoy and hear the relaxing sound of the waterfall. There is also a 1/2 bathroom outside.
