"The room smelled like a cig butt. Mold in bathroom. I asked for extra towels and sheets never received then asked for my room to be cleaned and it was ignored. I asked again and the housekeeper literally just made the bed! Didn't change the sheets after us being there for 3 days! The manager yelled at me barely spoke English and then hung up on me! Horrible experience will never go back again!!"

"If we were told that they were doing a major remodeling, I would not had stay there. My allergies were really bad with all the dust in the whole first floor. The pool was closed for two days if not three. For breakfast employees were bickering at each other over who was the one responsible for ordering the missing items, very unprofessional. This was not the experience; I was hoping to have in these hotels. "

"Floor in room was sticky. Kids running up and down the halls yelling. Thin walls and very noisy above us. "

"Everything was perfect, not a long stay but was I notice. The room was clean and not smells, greatly appreciated. AC working great The only issue I had was in the morning trying to get a fast shower before leaving only hot water was coming out, I was finishing showering when cold water finally started coming out for me was already too late but just a recommendation… wait longer! lol Everything else was pretty good, I left before breakfast so I’m not sure how good it was. "

"Nice accommodations for the cost. The room appeared recently updated. Staff was courteous. Our only issue was that one of the garbage cans had not been emptied from a previous guest, but everything else appeared clean. "

"I would not recommend this place to anybody when we walked into our room there was a roach on the wall also the top blanket had stains on them. We were moved to a different room and let me know also had a different roach in the sink in the bathroom and real bad smell in both rooms we did not stay there and they kept $80 of our money what a waste of money never again."
