Gorgeous Remodeled Upscale Near Nokomis Beach

Beautiful, Spacious Remodeled home near Nokomis Beach with Two Private Bedroom Suites. 2 min. drive and 1/5th of a mile as the crow flies as you drive around the bridge to Nokomis Beach and you are there. Home is in popular Bay Point Neighborhood great for walking, biking, and kayak launching from the neighborhood. Friends say, "photos don't do it justice. It is so gorgeous." and it is. High impact windows and doors were changed out after photos were taken.
Home includes:
1. A large master bedroom, new high end furniture.
2. A master bathroom completely remodeled with gorgeous new designer tile, a couple's shower to die for with glass door/panel, rain shower, regular spigot and 3rd sliding spigot, double sink vanity and mirrors.
3. Living room includes 2 full sofas, large screen TV, laptop work space.
4. Dining room - table for 6.
5. Large workable kitchen with everything needed for a great cook and beautiful things if you are having guests for dinner.
6. Two separate suites, both can be closed off for privacy.
7. The second bedroom is very spacious, has King size bed and also a futon sofa. The suite can be closed off to include the newly remodeled bathroom with designer tile shower/tub for complete privacy.
8. All new furniture and housewares in fall of 2022.
9. Patio has dining for 4, additional lounge chairs and a beautiful fountain to relax in the evening.
10. Large backyard with lots of privacy for kids to play.

Awesome beach home

Gina was easy to work with her home is beautiful perfect area clean roomie close to beach and close to a lot of nice restaurants our dog Sammy loved the fenced in yard quiet neighborhood and her maintenance man was fast to respond if u had an issue great experience would highly recommend her home thank you for sharing it with us

Fantastic Florida location great landlord

This home is a perfect location for a relaxing stay in Nokomis. The home is a "split", meaning that each side has a private enclosed bedroom and bathroom with the kitchen/dining, living room and enclosed porch in the center. It's fantastic for having guests. It has a large private backyard and a large garage with beach stuff (Chairs, towels, umbrella,etc), a top of the line washer/dryer, storage and even a bathhroom/shower. It's a short walk to a park with water access as well as Nokomis beach. The kitchen has everything you would need. It's a very spacious and quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife roaming around (No alligators) and lots bird species. Gina is a fantastic host and does everything possible to make you stay perfect. We totally enjoyed our stay there.
