  • Welcome to the brand new house at Nokomis!13 min away from charming shores of Casey Key Florida .Just 20 min to downtown Sarasota with number one at Forida Siesta Beach.Nokomis beach offers more then 14 miles of beautiful seashore.The Nokomis beaches are often described as "hidden gems".The sparse crowds on the beach are usually either locals,or guests from nearby vacation rentals.Beautiful parks,kayaking,paddling,drumb circle, fishing,seashell hunting,surfing etc.Come and enjoy the ammenity center with a resort style infinity-edge pool,fitness center,lakefront activities room,tennis and a large fire pit.

New house in good development

House is only 2 years, so is like new. The development is in a good location between Venice and Sarasota, and very convenient to Interstate 75. Development has probably the best swimming pool of all the developments in the area. Nice neighbors. There is a road behind the development with loud trucks passing by, but we got used to the noise. The house does not have a table, but the host brought over a card table with 4 chairs to solve that issue. Very attentive host with the aim to make sure any issue is promptly resolved.
