"La situación, las vistas, la formalidad de quién nos atendió (nos acompañaron en moto para darnos las llaves antes de la hora de entrada) y que tenga parking, aunque hay quien que se lo sabe y se cuela. "Soap and shampoo dispensers available but no skin lotion nor toothpaste. No facial tissues either. Bottled Water for sale in mini fridge. Very helpful front desk who helped me booked the Alsa bus to my next destination. Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk to the central bus station and the same distance to Centro Botin and the waterfront. Within walking distance to restaurant and bars. Room is large."

"The accommodation was clean and comfortable with a very welcome ceiling fan cooling the temperature. We were arriving late (then my flight was delayed further) and were asked to check in online before 11.00pm but this was complicated and wouldn't work for me. But all was well and there was someone on duty at reception to check us in. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Good location - easy walk into town/waterfront and plenty of buses nearby. Only negative was very limited cooking equipment and absence of cloths for wiping/cleaning. A kettle, cups/mugs and wiping cloths would have helped."

"The Citrea is a lovely hotel in Santander. A short walk from the Modern Art Museum (not the Botin Centre) and the town hall and the bus station, through the tunnel. Having been to Santander we knew this wasn't far so no issues. The room was cozy, but had plenty of storage cupboards. The air conditioning was absolutely needed in the heat of the summer, would go again just for this. The staff were fantastic, supporting us with every ask and arranged a late checkout on our departure day."
