Detached country-style villa with sea views from all rooms - Comfortable - Approximately 5,000 m² of unfenced seafront land facing the beach with a significant drop (stones between the land and the beach) - Approximately 120 m² - Sleeps 6, including a living room overlooking the sea with a sitting area and fireplace, a fitted and equipped kitchen overlooking the sea, a bedroom overlooking the sea with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom overlooking the sea with a 160 cm bed, new summer 2020 (end of the hallway), and a mezzanine with sea views including a 140 cm bed, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, one of which is separate. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, oven, freezer, covered patio, barbecue - Parking on the property - Pets not allowed - End-of-stay cleaning included.
Optional services not included, to be reserved 1 month prior to arrival and subject to availability:

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Passage du Gois. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbâtre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
Enjoy the Aquatic Park with your family. You can also relax on our beautiful sandy beaches, take long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And, if you want to get off the island and spend a day in one of the big cities in France, Nantes is 1 hour away.
And, the African Safari is on the road to Nantes.
