The garden is enclosed and south, the house is in a very quiet private street without transit.
Equipment brand new - complete renovation completed late 2015.
The house has 2 bedrooms: 1 adult and 1 bedroom children's bedroom (3 beds) convertible into second adult room.
Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances.
The beach is 100m: beach access Mardi Gras in the cove of ClĂšre - option activity for young children (sailing school, club mickey Old).
The village center of Old is 10 minutes walk and 3 minutes by bike.
Nearby shops and all services.

Bon séjour

Maison claire, agréable et au calme, à proximité à pieds de la plage du mardi gras. Pour le dépannage, une superette se trouve à 15 minutes à pieds dans le village du Vieil, pour les autres commerces il faut aller à Noirmoutier en ßle. Le gérant immobilier et la propriétaire sont trÚs à l'écoute.

La maison est super bien placée, parfaite pour une petite famille (2 enfants), avec une petite chambre à moitié indépendante. En revanche la literie laissait à désirer (oreillers vraiments trop vieux et usés, matelas petits. Sinon super, merci

Erholsame Ferien

Vom ersten Kontakt per e-mail bis zur Endabnahme am Ende hat alles gut geklappt. Das Haus ist so aufgeteilt, dass der Zugang zum 2. Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad separat vom Wintergarten abgeht, was sehr angenehm fĂŒr uns, als Paar mit Freundin reisend, war. Der Wohnraum mit offener KĂŒche ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemĂŒtlich ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung mit KĂŒchenutensilien ist reichhaltig. Der Garten mit Terrasse ist mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm ausgestattet und ist durch begrĂŒnte Mauern und BĂ€ume gut abgeschirmt. Wir haben immer draußen gegessen. Den Grill und den Kamin haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Matraze im Doppelbett war uns zu weich. In den KleiderschrĂ€nken war genug Platz fĂŒr unsere Sachen. Die Waschmaschine war einfach zu bedienen. Es gab reichlich Infomaterial ĂŒber die Insel. Das Haus ist in einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Auto kann man direkt am Haus parken. Der nĂ€chste Strand ist keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alles andere haben wir mit den geliehenen FahrrĂ€dern bewĂ€ltigt. Auf der Insel gibt es ausgeschilderte Radwege durch die Salzfelder, durch schöne Orte und am Meer entlang. In Le Vieil, in Noirmoutier und in La GuĂ©riniĂšre haben wir gut gegessen. In Noirmoutier gibt es Boutiquen und den großen Markt, die zum Shoppen einladen. Alles war ideal fĂŒr einen Naturnahen erholsamen Urlaub!

maison qui aurait besoin d'ĂȘtre rafraĂźchi et vĂ©rifier la vaisselle manquante. MalgrĂ© cela, comme il y a six ans, nous avons aimĂ© dĂ©jeuner tous les midis dans la cour abritĂ©e des regards et trĂšs calme. tout est proche: commerces, mer, pĂȘche. De plus, trĂšs bon accueil de Mme Bouteiller trĂšs disponible

Nous avons passĂ© 4 jours trĂšs agrĂ©ables dans cette jolie maison, bien dĂ©corĂ©e (trĂšs belles photos affichĂ©es aux murs) et trĂšs fonctionnelle (il ne manque rien!). Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© que du linge soit mis Ă  disposition (nappe notamment). La plage est vraiment tout prĂšs Ă  pied. Sur l’üle , il ne manquait que les terrasses ouvertes !
