    Très bon séjour dans cette belle maison très bien agencée, fonctionnelle et plein de charme, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Très bien située, de belles balades via la plage ou à vélo.     Bon séjour très proche de la plage ,petite maison agréable, joli jardin bien clos idéal pour des vacances avec un chien équipement suffisant. L'emplacement nous a permis de faire de nombreuses promenade sur de tres belles plages et dans les sentiers environnants.

    Une belle maison dans l ‘esprit de Noirmoutier, a 30 mètres de la plage, dans peut être le plus charmant village de l’île. Au mois de mars avec du soleil tout les jours et des vélos électriques , le top.

    Une maison noirmoutrine, calme et proche de la mer

    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Vieil dans cette maison de pêcheur rénovée avec goût et authenticité. Le bruit des vagues et du vent pour seule berceuse. Un grand jardin où notre chien a pu jouer sereinement car bien fermé. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Même si la météo fut capricieuse, chaque jour fut un plaisir toujours renouvelé sur Noirmoutier. A refaire.

    Zwei Wochen perfekte Erholung!

    Wir haben die zwei Wochen im in der Ferienvilla von Madame Cantayre sehr genossen. Und es war nicht nur die atemberaubende Landschaft und das Meer, sondern auch die sehr schöne Villa mit all ihren Ausstattungsdetails und der wunderbare Garten,, der es uns leicht gemacht hat, auch Tage nur am und im Haus zu verbringen. Wir werden wiederkommen!!!

    Ferienhaus La Madeleine auf der Ile de Nourmoutier

    5 Sterne für alles Das Haus ist einfach wunderbar - genau so wie beschrieben. Die Lage hat uns sehr beeindruckt, es war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Der Garten war sehr ansprechend, schön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Die Terrasse mit den beiden Liegen haben wir oft genutzt. Der Empfang (und auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin) durch Monsieur Ajello (Verwalter) ging reibungslos vonstatten ebenso die Abnahme durch ihn bei der Abreise (um 5 Uhr morgens). Klasse ist es auch, dass Haustiere willkommen sind. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. Herzlichen Dank für die wunderschöne "La Madeleine"

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, très confortable, joliment décorée et idéalement placée. La maison est très bien équipée et le jardin est clos et à l’abri des regards. L’Île de Noirmoutier reste peu fréquentée en avril et nous y avons passé un séjour très reposant.

    La maison est très bien placée, à quelques mètres de la mer. La maison est cosy et bien équipée. Nous y avons trouvé nos marques tout de suite. Le quartier est calme. En bref nous avons passé une très bonne semaine même si le beau temps n'a pas été toujours au rendez-vous. Location à recommander. Très bon accueil par Françoise.

    Absolutely wonderful!

    This house is wonderful. The owner takes good care of it. everything was functioning fine and a very nice taste. Even the bicycles were in good condition. Great location, just right next to the sea. We did spend two lovely weeks on that Irland and had a very relaxing time in the house and very well maintained garden. Pure pleasure! Thank You!!

    Tres beau sejour a Kergane, une maison typique de Noirmoutier tres accueillante et fonctionnelle. L'exposition ideale de la maison, la veranda et la terrasse permettent par tout temps de passer des moments tres conviviaux. Des chambres bien meublees, avec une bonne literie. Un grand jardin tres bien entretenu. Des velos en nombre et en bon etat pour profiter pleinement du cadre de Noirmoutier. La proximite immediate d'une belle plage confidentielle et des petits commerces au Vieil en sont aussi les atouts majeurs. Nous recommendons cette maison pour de tres belles vacances reposantes a Noirmoutier!

    Magnifique villa à proximité plage

    Très belle et très agréable location. Situation exceptionnelle près de la plage. Petits points à améliorer : la finition de la cuisine, vaisselle assez disparate. Un grand manquement : pas de connexion internet WiFi. Il est indispensable d'équiper la maison d'une connexion internet car le réseau mobile est très mauvais à cet endroit, pas possible d'obtenir une connexion 3G ou 4G dans la maison. A part cela, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et la maison est à recommander.

    Même si la pluie s'est invitée plusieurs jours lors de notre séjour : votre maison nous a tous enchanté! Très confortable et décorée de nombreuses trouvailles chinées, lui donne l'âme d'une vraie maison de vacances!
