This lovely 60m² house, in the centre of Noirmoutier near the castle, shops and restaurants, opens its doors for beautiful family holidays. Whether outside or inside, a warm and friendly atmosphere reigns within this property and you will love gathering together here.



This accommodation has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. With friends or family, do not hesitate and come share moments together.

You will find within the property a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a refrigerator, a combined oven - microwave, a brand new dishwasher, a washing machine, a plunger coffee maker and a toaster, enough to prepare your best recipes. You can enjoy these in the bright and welcoming dining room, or opt for a meal in the sun on the terrace (15 m²).



On the outside, find an enclosed garden with its garden furniture, to enjoy the beautiful air and sunshine.



Parking: a space in the covered car park will be made available to you throughout your stay, along with dedicated spaces for your bicycles.

Take a photo in front of the traditional wooden beach huts... And be sure to calculate your arrival time to discover the Island by arriving via the Gois, it's a magical moment!
