Holiday Home 'La Belle Baïa' with Small Garden, Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in the centre of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île in Vendée, the holiday home La Belle Baïa offers 64 m² for up to 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and a trundle bed (160 x 200), allowing flexible sleeping arrangements, plus a bathroom. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room. The renovated interior combines exposed beams, warm décor and underfloor heating.



Outside, you can enjoy a private garden and an uncovered private wooden terrace. The terrace has garden furniture and an outdoor dining area. Outdoor lighting is also provided.



The house is in the town's historic centre on the island of Noirmoutier, close to shops, restaurants and the local market. You can stroll through the charming lanes, visit Noirmoutier Castle and explore Noirmoutier harbour. It is a convenient base for exploring the island and the Vendée coast.



The house is entirely non-smoking. Pets are welcome (1 pet, which you must take outside to relieve itself). Parties are not allowed within the residential complex. The accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.



Towel and bed linen sets are not included but are available for an extra fee through the concierge service. The linen is delivered to your rental. Please strip the beds before departure. Cleaning is included in the price of your stay.
