Updates needed. New towels needed(very old). The room smells of mold. The staff was kind and helpful. It doesn't take much to buy new towels, clean walls, furniture, and remove the smell.

The buffet breakfast is awesome. The staff members are very friendly and helpful .

Very comfortable and clean room. They made the bed and tidied up everyday. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We used the laundry service which was super useful. You will need your own detergent they might have some but if not there is a 7-11 close by that you can get a small bag. Breakfast was delicious, many options to choose from.

Staff is what makes the stay superb! Good location although you might expect traffic within the area during rush hour which is typical in BKK. Very good breakfast selection although same exact dishes everyday which can be boring for people staying for long period like me I stayed for 2 weeks and it was same dishes everyday for breakfast but there was a variety and options for everyone. Rooms / Suits are very spacious but furnitures can be refurbished. Overall it was a great stay but small details can make it a perfect one.

The room is spaced and clean except we spot a small roach crawling around. Stayed on 52nd floor, the view is excellent. The staffs are very polite and provided excellent services. We have free breakfast and there are a lot of food choices. The hotel ambiance is wonderful. Definitely recommend this hotel.
