The lake access was great and the living room and deck were just like the pictures and very comfortable. And it was very close to Rte-1, so access was easy, but the easy access means that the low hum of traffic is sometimes noticeable when you are outside, but not so loud that I couldn't hear the loons! Overall 5 stars.
