"Friendly staff. Even after we had to go back to them multiple times because we kept demagnetizing our key cards. Tiny screw up when my name got charged on the room don't know how they got my married name on it since I've been divorced for 6 years now. "

"Excellent hotel BUT ... would like it to be a bit more SENIOR people friendly for those of us who are not so computer literate. Couldn't figure out how to work TV... Door to room closes so hard it's difficult to use it. Hit me on the arm and I have a large bruise. Would also be a good idea to ask when checking in if room needs to be close to the elevator.
Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again if staying in this area. In the future, I will look for E's when traveling."

"Great stay, friendly staff. Only issue was the little fridge. Didn't stay cold. It was cold when we got there but in the morning it was warm and smelt. No big deal. We would stay again."
