Met our needs. Very central

The accommodation was basic but had what we needed for our stay. The Manager was very communicative and friendly. Breadfast vouchers for local cafes.

They are in a pedestrian street. Parking is in same building but access is on a different street. Call property ahead of time to coordinate check in and parking.

La posizione centrale e la disponibilità di parcheggio rende questa struttura interessante per un soggiorno di pochi giorni a Nizza. Gli appartamenti dotati di cucina sono molto comodi per chi preferisce non mangiare sempre fuori. Nota negativa il forte odore di chiuso, che insieme al mobilio molto classico, dava una sensazione di datato.

Lieber nicht nochmal

Gut ist die Lage. Schlecht: In der Rezeption brökelt der Putz von der Wand, die Zimmer sind speziell durch die Gewölbedecken. Das Bad renoviert, aber die Dusche sehr eng. Haben wir nicht genutzt, da das Wasser nicht einmal lau warm wurde. Absolutes NoGo war das durchgelegene Schlafsofa, das als Bett genutzt werden musste. Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert

Palazzo quasi in der Fußgängerzone

Bei Luigi war es - wie gewohnt - sehr erholsam und schön. Der altehrwürdige Palazzo liegt sehr zentral, und der Gastgeber ist in allem sehr bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so bequem wie möglich zu gestalten!

Trevligt och bekvämt boende mitt i Nizza Monferrat

Vi bodde här i tre nätter med vårt 2½ åriga barnbarn. För att få det bästa boendet, för oss tre, hade jag under bokningsproceduren, kontakt med ägaren Luigi Giolito. Han var mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående och vi fick välja vilken lägenhet vi ville ha. På hemsidan finns bilder och information om alla lägenheterna. Vid ankomst mötte oss en mycket vänlig och trevlig Luigi. Han visade runt och informerade oss om boendet, som är ett Guesthouse. Detta innebär bla att man inte städar och byter handdukar varje dag. Man klarar sig själv och Luigi finns till hands. Köket i lägenheten fungerar bra. Vatten, kaffe och the finns på plats. Lägenheten, nr 17, är luftig och väl fungerande. Det var lugnt och tyst om nätterna. Bilen parkerade vi på gården som alltid är låst. Hissen tog oss från markplanet upp till våningsplanet. Luigi var mycket uppmärksam och angelägen om att vi skulle ha det bra. I priset ingår en italiensk frukost, på Bar Centro, i samma hus. Även där blev vi mycket väl bemötta och välkomnade. Det var trevligt att bo här med vårt lilla barnbarn. Han blev mycket uppmärksammad. Wi fi fungerade dåligt i lägenheten. Duschhörnan fungerade bra men kunde ha varit lite större.

Sehr zentral gelegen - zum einen fast in der Fußgängerzone mit zahlreichen schönen, kleinen Cafes, zum anderen im Monferrato-Gebiet, um schöne Weine zu verkosten und zu kaufen. Gute bis ausgezeichnete Restaurants sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar, der Hotelbesitzer ist sehr bemüht, seine Gäste zu umsorgen.

Sehr zentral gelegenes kleines Hotel, eher im Familienbetrieb. Der Inhaber war äußerst ffreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit Er stellte uns eine Garage zur Verfügung, wo wir unseren PKW und die eingekauften Weine (nizza ist ein Barbera-Ort) unterstellen konnten. Im zugehörigen Cafe gab es sogar ein kleines Frühstück umsonst.
