Staff were persistent about booking made. Believe it was Expedia's fault, but hotel staff's insistence spoiled beginning of trip. Overall property is fair for family with kids.

Property itself was nice and location was relatively close to Hanalei. As long as you don’t plan on golfing, I feel like the property is a good value. The golf course is super pricey so that was kind of a bummer. I’ve played pro course for far less but I guess when you’re in paradise, be prepared to pay paradise prices.
