Cleaning crew is not getting the job done period. Location, location, location for these units. Absolutely perfect launching spot for enjoying Gull Lake in that regard. Units are showing there age unfortunately. Staff are super friendly.
Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing. Can’t wait to come back.

Outdoor pool was not available, jacuzzi in our cabin was not available and no notice was given. The outdoor grill was not working.
The cabin was clean and linen was well maintained.
I'd recommend a friendly face of the place is always welcoming! A "hi, hello, how can i help you".. also, the condo was surface cleaned i had hair left in my shower food crumbs under the trash stepped on broken glass on the spiral steps and the floor was not vacuumed big hairballs in the corner fridge had meat blood in it.
I do love this place in the summer!! Winter budget cuts? Checking out the crew was very nice

Perfect room. There is a Boat Club on the property. New law, have to have a boat license through the Mn DNR to rent a boat.
I will go back sometime with boat license in pocket.
We liked all the amenities, activities for kids .The hottub though was very dirty and celings could use some dusting. The kids liked the staircase but not ideal for adults
Beautiful setting in the woods! Clean interior - new carpeting - Washer & dryer -
Walkways, deck unkept - branches down everywhere - had to sweep everything off outside. All resort activities cancelled for renovation of office - outdoor pool closed -

The location is great and it's on Gull Chain. The property itself is lacking maintenance in numerous areas. Our unit was not as nice as the pictures suggest. The outdoor pool wasn't open for the Holiday weekend.
Getting to the unit was not the easiest as it had a flight of about 7-8 stairs to go down and then a boardwalk to walk on to get around and to the front of the unit to get in. Definitely not handicapped accessible.
The inside of the unit was dated, but clean. It looked like new carpeting had been put in recently. A couple of lights were burned out, but maintenance was able to fix that. Biggest complaint was the air conditioning. Daughter-in-law said that the downstairs bedroom was very cold, but that the rest of the unit was warm. Liked the indoor pool.

We had a nice stay. The cabins are clean and spacious and well equipped. I don’t love that they are duplexes though, as loud neighbors can get really annoying. The free boat slips, laundry in our unit and pools are reasons we’d return. The biggest issue was that we booked a three night stay and management made us move cabins after our first night because the (timeshare) owners of the first cabin decided to use it. So we sat around waiting for 4 hours for them to call us and tell us the new cabin was ready. That was frustrating. Zorbaz is a walk away which is convenient.
Cool cabin but has not been maintained. Definitely needed a good cleaning and updating. Has a hot tub in the unit that can't be operated and was told hasn't for several years. Worth the money we spent but could be really amazing
The cabins at one point were very beautiful but, has not had maintenance for many years. We were in cabin 6 which has many steps to go down to get to cabin. Steps have not been maintained and are crooked, stanting, etc. The railing to hang onto was very rickety and not sturdy at all. The wallpaper was peeling in many spots in the upper bathroom. It looked like they had tried to glue it down but wasn't sticking. Cobwebs in many of the corners.
Stay away they treat you poorly if you are not a timeshare owner. Place is rundown and in desperate need of upgrades. We were greeted at our unit by a dead bird. Blinds broken (not room darking), tiles cracked, microwave cracked, fireplace made the unit smell like gas, no shampoo or conditioner or lotion. I could go on and on. We were forced to move units after the first day so they could accommodate overbooking and poor planning and refused to compensate us or help move bags and coolers. When we got off the water someone took our boat slip and ropes to tie off with. Staff is lazy and need to take lessons in customer service. Only reason this place is still in business is cause of its location on the water.
