Clean rooms, basic rooms are small but paying a little extra for more space is worth it in my opinion especially if you find yourself with multiple people or large luggage. Location is good next to a train station with access to several convenient stores and a Don Quijote nearby. Staff is helpful and polite.

Fantastic stay! Great, quiet location with yummy food nearby. Close to the JR line which gets you everywhere; so easy to travel around each day! Super clean resort-style hotel. The self service laundry wasn’t great; very crowded and dryers worked poorly. Would prefer if they had laundry service instead due to so many guests using the machines at all times of the day. However, would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was amazing and beautiful. The garden was a jewel in the middle of Tokyo. Everything was excellent!

Nice hotel with snacks, soup, coffee, and lots of freebies. Room was cute and well put together. Location was accessible to many restaurants, pubs and bars. It is in the red light district and is a "rest" hotel, but very discreet. Cabs and uber are easy to use and train station is an 11 min walk.
