"Great experience at this hotel. It's location is perfect, right next to the city centre (and in the middle of two of Nis' attractions - the Fortress & the Skull Tower). The rooms are large, bright, clean and spacious. Even the balcony was big. "Visited this hotel 2 years ago and couldnt fault it, returned this year because of that experience but was a little disappointed as the rooms are looking a little tired now and when we pointed out a few issues these were not dealt with or communicated to us why, or offer of another room. "Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gut erreichbar direkt an der Autobahn gelegen. Allerdings ist der Großteil der Zimmer nur über mehrere Stufen erreichbar, da sich der Aufzug in einem Zwischengeschoß befindet. Ebenso ist der Speisesaal auch nur über Treppen erreichbar. Für jemanden mit Knieproblemen stellt dies ein fast unüberwindbares Hindernis dar.
