"I needed a place to stay during house closing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean room comfy beds. Breakfast was left to be desired, but priced reasonably through Expedia, and pet friendly."

"The place was clean, modern and has all the amenities you would need. We had a minor issue during our stay, however Russ was quick to respond and provide a solution.Sofa bed is a little stiff, so just be aware if you plan on using.It's obvious Russ has taken great thought into providing an awesome space to welcome guests. I would highly recommend for anyone needing a place to stay while visiting the area! "

"Perry is a great host and would go back again. The Breakfest each day was excellent. We liked the fact it was out in the country and very peaceful. A must Bed and Breakfast for anyone. It is the best hideaway."

"The bedframes in our room were not sturdy. So sharing a bed made it difficult to stay asleep due to movement would wiggle the whole bed. I would recommend better bedframes. They do not have the ability to control the temperature in your room. And no window unit. So it was too hot for me even with 2 fans i brought with me. I stayed here a year ago and the temperature was an issue then as well. Check in is the easiest process ever. The after hours code to get into the building sent to me via email was incorrect but once I got in and got my envelope with my room information the correct code was listed on there. The hotel is cool vintage hotel/apartments so people do live there. The rooftop view to hang out is really cool. The view is AMAZING. The workers there are all very nice and will go above and beyond. The rooms are very nice. I do recommend the hotel and would return. Only wish that I could control my own room temperature. Recommend window units or ones similar to other hotels. "

"The property is real nice and they have done a lot of updates. It looks just like the pictures with nice furniture and floors! It was very convenient and easy for the check-in process and when I return, I will stay at this place every time!"

"The house was well decorated and even better than the pictures. The beds were comfortable and we really appreciated all of the provided extra amenities like snacks and face wipes which I happened to forget. It was in a quiet neighborhood and a great location for us. Our only note would be the amount of scents in the house - there was at least 2-3 candles, diffusers, or glade plug-ins per room which was overwhelming. We also had quite a few gnats. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!"
