I was in a Mountain Deluxe room which is the lowest. I wasn't expecting much other than a bed and shower. Mostly the room was fine except the shower was only half enclosed, and half open, so water pours out onto the bathroom floor. I usually don't expect to be mopping the bathroom floor. I found it hilarious that there is a coffee maker in the room but you have to pay extra for K-cups. When I checked in, I used the self-check-in kiosk which is very convenient, as there often is a line of people waiting, and I opted for self-parking ($20 per day). The kiosk prints your room key. The room key is supposed to give you in/out privileges in the parking garage. My room key did not work in the parking garage and I had to go to the desk to get that fixed. Staff are very nice however no complaints there.

"Shower control was difficult to manage bathroom seat covers was too small and loose ,remote for tv didnt work.a little too tight maneuvering around the ladder to the loft.they should have given us a room without the loft because we were 2 people.but the hotel was really pretty! the staff was gr8 ..."
