The one thing I didn‘t like, was that the Hotel was hidden like a State‘s secret. I took me almost an hour finding the entrance. The rooms lack private bathrooms and somehow overlooked that while booking

Even though we had a confirmation that we had booked 2 doublerooms with bathroom, they were only able to give us 1 double without bathroom. They gave away our rooms to someone else. They were very unhelpfull and basicaly just rude. Not even given a refund

The woman at the front desk was incredibly argumentative. When we checked in the night before, the front desk said we could have a cup of coffee for free the next morning. We went to get coffee, the woman at the front desk started SCREAMING we had to pay for the coffee. I was apologetic and explained about the night prior. She stated how much the coffee was - I thought she said the coffee was 50 cents/euros. I gave her 1 euro, she started screaming “YOU DON’T HAVE ANYMORE MONEY?!”. My hand was full of change, she grabbed a 2 euro coin from my hand and then slammed a 50 cent/euro on the counter. She was absolutely horrible !!! I noticed her being rude and argumentative with all the guests.

En plein canicule pas de clim

Dommage pas de Clim avec une chaleur à 40 degrés ils étaient au courant nous n’avons pas été prévenu lors de notre arrivé et même pas un ventilo de dépannage

Personnel à l'accueil très accueillant. Problème est le manque de respect des voyageurs à parler très fort dans les couloirs tard le soir ou très tot le matin avec des portes qui claquent à répétition (on se demandait d'ailleurs pourquoi autant de porte claquaient , on aurait dit un concert de celui qui claquait le plus fort ). Chambre moyennement propre au sol et la télé ne fonctionnait pas (il manquait les cables).

2 chambres réservés pour 4 personnes avec petit déjeuné. Sauf que pour ce petit dejeuner, servit de 5h a 10h, nous sommes descendu a 8h, plus de pain... juste petit croissant surgelé cuit sur place, boisson chaude au distributeur. Avec pour seul excuse, nous sommes complet désolé... mais si le petit déjeuner est payé et réservé, il soit l être jusqu'à la fin du service... une famille de 5 personnes derriere nous, avec 3 enfants ont vécu la meme chose... pas correct. Remboursement proposé pour 3 personnes sur les 4.. mais ca nois a pas fait manger...
