Beautiful, air-conditioned apartment located on Rue Séguier, in the heart of the city. It has two mezzanine bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The apartment spans 60 m² and accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably.
Enjoy high-speed WiFi suitable for video calls, a coffee machine, a fully-equipped kitchen, and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. A shared washing machine and dryer are also available. One pet is welcome, and a baby crib can be provided upon request. The interior is step-free for easy accessibility.
