I really recommend this hotel it’s clean and good for family. They have a free breakfast from 6:30am to 9:30am. Cleaning room every day. Great reception stuff.

I had a really good experience here! First time in Chicago and the hotel was really did it for me. The staff was really nice! The breakfast was good and the staff kept up with the food. Cleaning lady’s were so nice and professional. Would definitely recommend 100/10.

This stay was just what I need. Low deposit, clean, modern , and even has breakfast! The pool was a bit small, but can appreciated how quiet it was 10/10!

Newer location/renovated. Carpets in the room are clean, bedsheets are new, etc. You can tell there is quality here, decent breakfast is included! Hope the management can keep it up!

I was here for a while and the room was never vacuumed, the bathroom had not been cleaned, all they do it (maybe) switch sheets/comforters (I found my old sheets pushed down underneath multiple times) They almost never changed pillowcases. they did give out towels every now and then. my bathroom was dirty going in and I complained three times about gross hair left behind by previous occupants around the toilet and it was never clean. Staff for some reason opened and left open my fridge at one point and I lost $60 worth of takeout I had planned for meals. All I was offered after my complaints was an item from their snack shop…. If I was coming for a quick stay id say it’s mediocre and acceptable i guess but not great for a long one.

Very quiet and great breakfast. Only complaint is the room i booked online back in January wasn't ready as they were laying carpet so they offered a handicap accessible room which was fine till we realize the bathroom door was like a sliding barn door which didnt lock and sounded like a loud rickety roller coaster everytime you opened it My 5 year old grandson accidentally started to open the door when i was undressing so i didnt appreciate not being told that.

Property under construction at level 3 and they give us room at level 3rd with a hallway full of stuff. They change are room after ar 2nd level buy the works were blasting the music at 7 am .. very unprofessional..

The hotel felt comfortable, clean and safe. I enjoyed staying there during the holidays. The hotel was well decorated. Their breakfast buffet had a good selection of food to choose from. All the employees were friendly and helpful.
