"We had an awesome time in MI. This house was perfect for us and our dogs. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only complaint I have was the internet.. not sure how you can have such bad internet in 2024. Couldn’t stream anything on the smart TVs. Overall this property was very nice and had a perfect yard for our dogs. "

"The property was clean, well-stocked, well-maintained, and had fun, quirky, artsy, decor. Beautiful sunflowers, fresh garden tomatoes as a perk. The host was immediately reaponsive to inquiries and questions. Benton Harbor is, unfortunately, a rather blighted town. It was obviously a lovely area at one point. That said, it's right next door to St Joe, and we love coming here every year with the kids. "

"I meet up with a friend from HS every year and this is a great halfway spot for us. The property is well maintained with a lot of games and things to do. Owner is easily accessible and answers messages very quickly and she's accommodating to anything we need including early check in or late check out if needed. We have used this property 3 years in a row and have never had any issues."

"The house is big and has a great layout for a family. The kids loved choosing the bigger rooms and as parents we were fine with that because we enjoyed the room with the attached bathroom and privacy across the house! We appreciated the alarm system so we knew when kids were coming and going more easily. There is plenty of space everywhere for any kind of fun you want to have. The kitchen is large and easy to move around in or find what you need. We enjoyed the creek in the back, the fire place,...

"We came down for family birthday party and stayed at this house/cottage. Ryan was very easy to work with. Easy in and out. Clean, quiet, good beds, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap provided as well as starter TP paper, Keurig coffee, and garbage bags. Would not hesitate to rent again! Rented the pontoon as well. Very nice and clean. Lake is easy to get around in. "
