"Didn't use the pool. It was full of kids all day and night. One of the two elevators has been out of order so long they have a permanent sign. The remaining elevator broke down once during our stay and we had to walk two flights carrying our stuff. I can't imagine what the 7th floor people did! There has been a fast (and sloppy) rehab of the place. Paint spills not even cleaned. Air conditioning is pretty ancient and not very good (loud, too!) Beds were OK. Asked for extra pillows and never got them. Parking lot needs to be repaved. It's so rough it almost hurts to walk on it. Definitely a letdown as I have stayed at great La Quintas. This wasn't."

"The receptionist is behind a thick plastic (maybe bullet proof) window, the sink in the room was filfthy, the shower/tub was not clean either. The sheets had black hair in them and smelled unclean. There was a subtle and continuous cat utine odor near the bed. The refrigerator was extremely loud. The deadbolt in the door did not engage. "

"Room was nasty looked like the only thing cleaned was the sheets there was food all over curtains and furniture splatter and marker on walls headboard hadn't been cleaned in weeks bathroom fan had been cleaned in months bathroom door was covered in splatter and my shower head was covered in corrosion I found a lighter food and candy wrappers under the mattress light switches and outlets hadn't been cleaned and were broken and there's no trash cans"
