"The staff are very courteous and pleasant, especially the concierge, who was very helpful. Check in was a bit slow and time consuming, especially as I had pre paid. There was no WiFi in the room on arrival, luckily it was fixed within an hour of my complaining. My only disappointment was the bathroom. It is very out of date and the bathtub / shower is very awkward for someone about a certain age… also surprisingly slippy! If the bathroom were more 4-star and modern, I would rate the hotel 5 star. Room service food was very good and very speedy service."

"The staff was super helpful and always happy to help. There was a nice lobby area with games and food / drinks for purchase. Hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy too! The only thing is they have an open shower and water gets everywhere. I'd still stay again if in need of a hotel in the area. At least the shower wasn't teeny tiny. But, you'll need an extra towel to leave on the floor to soak up all the water."
