"Artun and Priscilla are great hosts. We enjoyed our week stay. Rooms are nice and clean with great view. Location is very quiet. We enjoyed the pool, the terrace as well. Though our hosts live on the upper floor, we barely noticed there presence. Would return Definitely recommend the place."

"The property, owner, views were all great. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 stars and not 5 is that we didn’t get the house in the VRBO listing. We were told the renters extended their stay so we had to occupy the house at the back. Be aware that this could also happen to you. The owner is a nice guy but he shouldn’t allow this to happen. You can’t show one house but rent another!"

Very kind and reachable host, supports during entire stay. Kind People and good restaurants in rhe neighbourhood. Some ripe fruits and nuts from the garden as an extra in August. "While not walking distance to city it is a perfect peaceful sea view and location surrounded by beautiful mountains of Montenegro and boats sailing by - all viewable throughout home from an expansive outdoor deck; traditional living in Kotor feel ; access to boat dock for pick up and a day tour of the bay . Host able to provide suggestions and setup for restaurants and guided boat tours as needed . Clean and great hosts !"

"We had a wonderful stay in Kotor. The home was across the street from the water and had a platform on the water for those who wanted to swim. Beautiful views from the front of the house with lots of boats, sailboats, and cruise ships going by. The outdoor space was large and very comfortable. The three bedrooms were located upstairs and there is a very comfortable living area and a well-stocked kitchen on the first floor. "Prcanj was an ideal location to explore the area and 2 day trips to Croatia (Dubrovnik and hired a boat in Cavtat) Both recommended. View from balcony was incredible. Could watch the yachts all day. Very well equipped kitchen etc. Spacious villa. Very small outside space beside BBQ. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this particular villa and location.
