"Beautiful hotel and lobby 😍, room was perfect. Just maybe more towels in the room, especially when 2 people have one towel each. The restaurant is another story. I ordered breakfast for 2 at the Hudson restaurant stated on my receipt for the two egg breakfast that in the description they make it over medium. When I went to pickup them, I was first told that they didn't know how I wanted the eggs done, tried calling me, which there was no calls. Then I thought they'd call my room? The waitress was focused on my eggs that she redid my order to 2 eggs and French toast. I had to remind her with my original order receipt. The way it was handled after waiting 45 minutes due to I assumed forgot about my order and not taking ownership. Hearing the waitress complaining about me, I said something about waiting until I left to do that, she wanted to confront me until a another lady took over and apologized just taking care of my order, ended up comping my order. Food was good and the eggs, really runny or over well. By that point I was hangry, my point is I have been in this industry and had more expectations. The way this young lady handled it, had me thinking that being on the front of the restaurant may not be good for her. Just solve the issue at hand instead of arguing with the customer concerns and take some ownership and just make the customer happy. And to wait until the customer leaves or go in the back to talk bad about the customer. I'd like to stay again but this makes me ?"

"When I checked in they seemed friendly, the few requests I had, the manager was rude and seemed put out. They are very strict on towels and smiles. The staff and many residents are on continual smoke breaks. I checked out a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was and Steve the smoker employee intentionally hid the luggage carts so I had to move everything to the car by hand. I will never stay there again and I suggest you don’t either!"

"Learned that shuttle needs to be scheduled prior to need. Breakfast amazing. Not just your normal warm and cold cereal, but fresh eggs, sausage, fresh biscuits and gravy, waffle machine and fixings, yogurt, fruit, the works. Left ready for The day."

"The location was fine, within a 20 minute drive to where we wanted to go. "

"The house was suffient for what we needed and was better than a hotel size wise. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The bedrooms need curtains not just blinds to block out light at night. The smaller bedroom with one bed gets a lot light from the neighbors motion sensor light and headlights from another street shine straight into the room on and off and made it hard for the person in the room to sleep. The fluorescent lights everywhere are also quite harsh making the house as whole not super comfortable. The furnishing and decor are minimal. I could see if being a good place for pets but we didn't have any so it lacked comfortable homey feeling. The owner is a great communicator and instructions were clear."

"When we entered the room, there were used towels on the counter in the bathroom and kitchen, there was trash in all the trash cans. We arrived at nearly 2am, so we just went to sleep and notified staff next day. "

"MyPlace was much nicer than I expected from an affordable hotel next to a shopping mall. It was great having a kitchen, the beds were comfortable, it was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was super happy with my choice. The only improvement I'd recommend would be smart TVs. Basic cable and all the commercials is annoying when you have streaming subscriptions you'd rather watch on a large screen. "
