The reception staff was friendly but sometimes gave contradicting information on making reservations in the restaurant and about reserving a shower spot in the Lobby ‘Courtesy Room’. All the staff was forthcoming and friendly and it was overall a good stay. "

"We had an amazing, relaxing time at the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The buggy service up and down the hill was great (it's a steep walk in the heat!) and responsive. We can recommend using their shuttle service from the airport and back. The food was great, and the breakfast selection was brilliant. As a vegetarian, there were plenty of choices on the menu at dinner as well. We had a room with a private pool with a fantastic view. It was slightly overlooked by other rooms above, but not a deal breaker. The only area for improvement we'd suggest is decent coffee for the room, rather than Nescafé packets. Perhaps a small coffee pod machine. We hope to come back in the future and can highly recommend the White Rock of Kos."
