They have and do everything as promised!!! The room was perfect, we had plenty of rest prior to a long flight (wish we would of stayed here right after the first flight), it was quiet but they still had a pool, parking lot available and the check in and check out along with the shuttle was smooth and perfect!!! This hotel and the staff were wonderful and anyone flying into or out of Tirana should stay here! It’s convenient, staff is helpful, they have everything you need in one place and I wish we would have booked a rental car through them; we were not satisfied with the one we had chosen beforehand. Highly recommend this hotel and their amazing services! Thank you for providing this hotel and the wonderful options; travelers appreciate it beyond belief and your fair price point!!!

If you're flying out of Tirana for an early morning flight, this hotel is perfect. Early breakfast, shuttle, great restaurant for dinner, nice rooms, etc. The perfect choice for an early flight.

This property run extremely well as a family business is outstanding. The cleaning staff are very thorough and the hotel is immaculate. The staff in the restaurant work very hard. The breakfast spread was very substantial , with cereals, pastries, yoghurts, fruits, salad, cakes, bread, hot cooked food and much more. Try the green juice- it was delicious and refreshing. The lunch and dinner menu was excellent value for money. There is a beautiful gatden area, a large swimming pool with sun loungers and even a massive roof terrace looking straight over the airport runway. I had a very large double room with a balcony overlooking the runway. With the doors closed, I could not hear the planes at all. The lovely touch was that although the airport is across the road and can easily be walked to, the manager insisted that I make use of the free shuttle as I had a large suitcase. I will definitely stay there again.

Great room. The hotel looks better on the inside than when you first arrive so that was a pleasant surprise. The food in the restaurant was average. But having experienced Albanian food for a week it generally meets that same standard of being just okay. Nothing to go wow about but fills you up. The pool was a nice addition and great to relax in after a long drive. Towels were provided which I thought was a good touch as who wants to fly home with wet towels? If I need an overnight by the airport I will choose this hotel again.

Unbeatable Convenience & Spacious Rooms, But Room for Process Improveme I stayed at the Tirana Airport Hotel, and the standout feature is hands-down the convenience factor. You literally walk right out of the airport terminal, stroll straight through the taxi stand, and the hotel is right there—zero need to arrange or pay for a cab after a flight. A few details to note from my stay: Location & Walkability: Perfect for travelers needing proximity. It could not be easier to reach on foot right after landing. Check-in Experience: We experienced a delay during check-in because crew members (pilots/flight attendants) were given priority over guests who were already waiting in line. While I completely understand and respect professional courtesy for flight crews, this wasn't explained to us at the time, which led to some initial confusion and frustration. Clear communication from the front desk here would go a long way. The Room: I'm not sure if there are newer vs. older wings, but our room felt relatively bland in terms of style and decor. That said, it was extremely comfortable and massive—more than accommodating enough for the four of us to stay comfortably. Breakfast: The morning breakfast spread was great—traditional options, incredible fresh juices, and classic cafe selections to start the day. Overall, it offers decent value for what you pay, purely driven by the top-tier location and sheer space. I would stay here again for a layover or quick airport transition!
