Mien Huus 1: An elegant thatched-roof vacation home in Ostseebad-Nienhagen

Mien-Huus 1 (right half of the house—at the back)<br>The Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen is a small, tranquil town right on the Baltic Sea, located halfway between Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde (both about 15 minutes away by car). These towns are all connected by a European cycle route and offer wonderful bike rides of any length you choose!<br><br>Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. You can reach the natural beach in just a few minutes on foot. The swimming beach, featuring a lovely beach restaurant, is just a 10-minute bike ride or a 20-minute walk away.<br><br>You’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive and relax immediately!<br>Both of our semi-detached homes are tastefully and comfortably furnished in a country-style design with great attention to detail. Enjoy the very best of the Baltic Sea atmosphere!<br><br>Both the ground floor and the upper floor feature underfloor heating, and the fireplace in the living room provides cosy warmth on colder days.<br>The lovingly selected pieces of furniture will delight you from the moment you walk in. There’s no shortage of decorations and beautiful artwork!<br>For our book-loving guests, a cosy armchair with a reading lamp awaits in the beautifully furnished living room.<br>Of course, each half of the house is equipped with LED TVs (in the living room and both upstairs bedrooms), as well as a radio with a CD player.<br><br>Both newly installed kitchens are fully equipped and leave nothing to be desired.<br>If you’re travelling with a group, two bathrooms with showers and toilets ensure a relaxing, spa-like experience.<br><br>There are two bedrooms on each floor; all are furnished with light-colored, stylish furniture, and with beds measuring 180/160 cm wide, you’re sure to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.<br><br>The converted attic (headroom approx. 1.7 m) offers a cosy living and sleeping area for two people. It is accessible via the open staircase inside the house. <br><br>On the terrace and in the fenced-in garden, you’ll find outdoor furniture, including two lounge chairs.
