"This place is adequate, but very basic. If you are there just to hike and then come back and sleep, it is ok. It was reasonably close to the train station, but there is a section you have to walk along a busy road. It would be better if you are traveling by car. Drains in the sink and shower are slow. It was very hot when we were there and it was difficult to leave windows open for fresh air because of the flies. May not be an issue if you come in cooler weather."

"Our stay at Hotel Mürren Palace was truly unforgettable.The location is breathtaking, surrounded by the stunning Swiss Alps, with incredible views that make every moment feel magical. Our luxury suite with a hot tub was another outstanding highlight.The suite was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and filled with lovely details, including beautiful dishes and elegant touches throughout.It felt luxurious, comfortable, and very special. A special thank you to **Pedra** at the front desk for her warm, kind, and professional hospitality\. She was always smiling, handled every request with ease, and solved any problems quickly, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The housekeeping team was also wonderfull.They were so kind, attentive, and thoughtful, and they kept the suite spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, and lunch was also very enjoyable.A special thank you to **Leda**, who was incredibly helpful, lovely, and attentive during breakfast and lunch\. Her warm service made every meal even more pleasant Another unforgettable highlight was the wonderful **violin team**Their beautiful performances created an elegant and magical atmosphere that truly made us feel like we were staying in a real palace\.
