Overall it was a great place to stay, we were fortunate to have a view of the city at night. It was a spectacular view. I’d definitely stay again here if I were to ever go back because it was very easy to just walk around to the “new old town”

The staff were very helpful with assisting us in navigating our way around to various points of interest. They were very pleasant as well, and the view from our room was gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.

We (two adults and one child) had an excellent time at the Lindner on Main! Our room was spacious and efficient, the pool and common areas are pleasant and clean,it's a great neighborhood, and the staff is extremely gracious and helpful. We will most definitely come back to this hotel next time we're in Frankfurt

The air conditioning was very poor so this is not a good place to stay when it’s in the 80’s and 90’s in Frankfurt.

We stayed here for our stop on Frankfurt. It’s a 15 min walk to the main church and center. Tons of restaurants. If you stay on floor 14 or up the view of the city is amazing. Staff is nice and speaks English. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was ok but very pricey. So we didn’t do dinner there. The bathroom and bedroom are nice and clean.

Nice and big. Lots of windows, which is good because there was a weird smell in the hotel and the rooms. Not sure if because it is old or a chemical smell. I am sensitive to smells and I had to keep the windows open. Other than that was a great stay.

Quiet area, not crowded, close to markets, restaurants and groceries. But mistakes always happen with the reception when leaving. They asked me 150 euros to upgrade the room as the total amount of the stay. I'll give you a receipt.

Dear Mr. Almohannadi, thanks for your feedback. Our colleague maybe forget to mention when checking in, that there is a tourism fee that everybody needs to pay if they are not from frankfurt (city) and have a private/leisure stay in every hotel. But it should be also described when booking the room and you only paid for the staying night in advance. You booked an upgrade and get charged when checking in. You also get the payment receipt. When checking out everything was finalized and you get the invoice with everything that was included for what you have paid. The tourism fee is a rule from town that you should have paid for and when making prices for the room, the tourism fee is never charged before, even when you prepay for the staying nights. Thanks for not understanding it, when i was explaining it to you when checking out. But we hope that you had a good flight with your family. Your Lindner Main Plaza Team.

Great location, good food, nice spacious room. Loved the pool and sauna. Staff helpful, however, not great at explaining what they are doing with your card. We ended up with £900 blocked on our account at check in. So, make sure you ask them before they take your card. This location is much better than central Frankfurt. Definitely would stay at this hotel again and fully recommend

Excellent view, very large aparthotel style rooms.
Very large apartment style rooms, lots of amenities are included as standard and hotel staff were very helpful so combines the best of both hotel services such as a 24/7 front desk but with apartment style comfort and living space. Nice views of the river and convenient for both the business and tourist attractions. The only downsides were that the bathroom bin was not emptied before I arrived and the fridge was on but seemed warm. Everything else was excellent.

My hotel room was atrocious. It had a funky smell that I could not get rid of and I told the staff if I could move but everything was booked. I didn’t end up staying there and still had to pay for the night.
