The staff was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful in directing us to exquisite dining in the area, including their excellent restaurant. The pool and spa was enjoyed as well. "A clean, stylish and comfortable hotel in the heart of Kufstein. Walkable to shops, restaurants and the historic Festung Kufstein. Easy and seamless check-in and check-out, ample sized rooms (for 2 adults) and a wonderful breakfast included in the restaurant adjacent to the lobby. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us. "
