Vermietet trotz bekanntem Schaden am Boiler
Die Wohnung wurde trotz bekanntem Defekt am Boiler vermietet (unter dem rostig tropfenden Boiler stand ein Gefäß, das wir leeren mussten). Dieser brach während unseres Urlaubs durch, was dazu führte, dass wir an einem Regentag in einer durch das Abwasser stinkenden Wohnung mit braunem, stinkenden Leitungswasser und ohne Licht festsaßen (Sicherung gab in der Folge auch den Geist auf, wegen schlechter Verkabelung traute sich der Gasinstallateur nicht ran, so dass noch eine zweite Firma kommen musste). Auf unsere Nachfragen und Bitten nach Trinkwasser wurde die Vermietungsagentur unfreundlich, was in einer solchen Situation völlig unangemessen ist. Von Entgegenkommen war nichts zu spüren. Immerhin wurde der Schaden dann innerhalb eines Tages behoben und die Wohnung selber und die Lage waren wirklich schön. Daher die gemischte Bewertung.
