"The owners were very helpful, and was able to communicate with us really well. The home was perfect for our getaway. Clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable the duration of our stay. The locals were very friendly and very helpful. there was a slight language barrier but with the help of google translate we got along just fine. The locals got a laugh as well. "Driving around the old town isn't for the faint of heart, but once you parked the car, the house is brilliant, with the cosy mountain house feeling. Clean, filled with little things one might need, especially if one is on a road trip. We had coffee, tea, salt and oil, milk and jam for our breakfast already set. Luca, the owner, was incredibly helpful and very communicative. Would definitely go back (with a smaller car ahah)"

"The hotel is beautiful. I was not aware that I was given a room on their new property across from the main hotel which had 3 sets of stairs. However, the view from our room was worth the flights of stairs. My only negative comment is that the counter space in the bathroom is very limited; there is the sink and then barely any space to place your products which have to go inside the cabinet. When blowdrying your hair, there is very limited space to place your hairderyer down. Overall we like the hotel."

"We’d found the lodging by chance as we were driving across the island. The owner met us in front of the home at 10pm, all smiles, and in the room we found every conceivable amenity from ear plugs to toiletries. Clean and delightful. The breakfast the next morning was set up for the two of us with place settings, fruit, a cake that was a local specialty, meats, cookies, and she even made us farm fresh eggs. Amazing! A nice surprise after a long journey."

"What an incredible place! So much history, character and charm! It has a great location in the countryside with a lovely view. Its so quiet and peaceful and sitting out by the pool at sunset was lovely. Best of all: AC, wifi a big breakfast and a balcony. If you love cats like we do, there are a little family around the bins the appreciative a sausage or meat"

"Great value for the price. The views are stunning, especially at night from multiple terraces. Less than a 10 minute drive to central Piazza Armerina, and there is a supermarket about within walking distance (or a very short drive). This B and B is very welcoming with no codes to enter, time restrictions, or other typical hassles - it was as if we had this large home to ourselves even though there were other guests (who were lodged in different parts of the large home). The host, Luciano, and his staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast, that included interesting cheeses, meats, eggs, cornetti, and coffees, was excellent. The air conditioning and showers functioned well. We could store our wine and other drinks in the common refrigerator with easy access. I highly recommend this place."
