"Absolutely loved our stay at the inn! The whole inn is so charming and the staff (including the owners Ray and Judy) were the best!!! They serve breakfast every morning, which was so good and they also had baked goods available all day and it was also phenomenal. "We have stayed there 5 or 6 times in the past. The first time we stayed there under the new ownership it was during that COVID MASK baloney, but it was noticeable how much effort they were putting into the place to make updates and new furniture, etc and how clean it was. We stayed in room 105 and noticed the tub/shower was needing a repair because in was like walking on a waterbed and very dangerous to keep your balance in it. Other than that it's a good place to stay."

"This was the perfect spot for a vacation in Cape Cod! The unit was very clean and the check-in process was seamless. Their communication was great as well. All of the other hotels in the area were incredibly expensive, so this was the perfect alternative for a more affordable stay. Couldn't recommend it enough!"

The property is very large and the beach is right down the road. I couldn’t have imagined staying anywhere else and I hope to return soon! Trudy was also very communicative and answered quickly with any questions that came up!"

"Location, grounds and amenities were great for the Cape. Beautiful beach. Beautiful hotel. Beautiful grounds. The staff at the beach were nice and helpful. But check-in staff were incredibly rude to basically everyone who I saw there - our room still wasnt ready by 4pm check-in and they made it my problem that the room was not available. Multiple other families checking in at the same time all had their own complaints - another family booked with a pet and not given a pet room and now being told it was an issue when they showed up with their dog. Another family just feeling like they were rude. Never seen that before in a hotel of this pricepoint that the check-in universally seemed to leave everyone feeling annoyed. I would stay here again, just expect the staff to be rude. Except for the guys at the beach - they were awesome and super helpful."

"Would have given 5 stars for layout and decor but found considerable clutter in both bedrooms and kitchen.Master bedroom closet full of old decor and furniture -no space on closet shelves to put anything nor on closet floor. Chest of drawers full of linens which left no room for folded clothes, etc. Suitcases had to line walls.2nd br closet was totally fully of items. Son& Family unable to use. Had to put their clothes in dining room.Kitchen cupboard shelves had someones food boxes and bottles left in them and undersink cupbord filled to brim.Enjoyed large livingroom, local and parking."
