Our home is beautifully appointed with high end finishes. We offer 2 living areas so there’s plenty of room for everyone. Each of the 3 large bedrooms offers a different theme and has full large closets. We have 2 full bathrooms, a custom kitchen with all new appliances, cabinets and island. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of glasses, dishes and cookware. Our custom desk has an ergonomic chair for comfort, and we have a full size laundry room with washing machine/dryer.

The private back yard is fully fenced and has a custom built propane grill. There is a large fully screened in porch off the sunken living room that has an outdoor vintage table, rocking in chairs and hanging lights.

The front porch has a beautiful custom trellis and comfortable furniture.

Closer to our home we offer a locals private beach less than a mile away on the bay. The boat ramp and Choctawhatchee Park is a mile away as and offers a boat ramp and picnic tables under the oak trees.
