About this property

07. Terrace with stunning view of the sea and Cap Ferrat, one bedroom apartment.

  • A cozy apartment with the most iconic view anywhere on the French Riviera over the Bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat Peninsula. The living room has a dining table for four and a bed sofa that can easily be converted into a double bed. The bright bedroom comes with a double bed. The furnished balcony opens towards the Mediterranean. There is an additional roof terrace available, as well as a pool that is open from May to September.

    If you arrive with a car you can park outside the premises for free.

    A walk down to the sandy beach and the Old Town of Villefranche takes about 15 minutes, with an abundance of restaurants and small boutiques. You´ll reach the closest grocery store and boulangerie from the apartment in 10 minutes by walking. Besides walking, you can take a small shuttle bus to the beach. Next to the beach is a train station with regular local traffic east through Monaco to Ventimiglia in Italy and westwards to Nice, through Cannes all the way to Saint-Raphaël.
