Equipped with an entrance with cupboard, bathroom with bath and toilet, living room with new double bed and equipped kitchenette open to living room. Towels and bed linen provided, beach umbrella, fan and electric heating.

The property is in a great location. The host was fantastic and gracious. A beautiful balcony with table and chairs. As well as an outdoor drying rack for towels and clothes. The area was quiet and simple to navigate. The only negative was no WiFi. I was hoping to call my family while visiting Nice, but that wasn’t possible. Overall a good experience and I would stay here again.

You are approximately a 5 to 7-minute walk to Gare de Nice-Ville (main train station, ideal for day trips to Monaco, Cannes, or Antibes) and steps from the Alsace-Lorraine / Thiers tram stops (direct access to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport via Tram Line 2). * Neighborhood Vibe: Situated in the prestigious Quartier des Musiciens (Musicians' Quarter). It is a safe, residential, and central area filled with Belle Époque architecture, local bakeries, supermarkets, and cafes. * Walkability: * Promenade des Anglais / Beach: ~10–12 minutes on foot. * Place Masséna / Old Town (Vieux Nice): ~12–15 minutes on foot. * Russian Orthodox Cathedral: ~5-minute walk. 2.
