The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 100 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Nice, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a 60 m² garden. WiFi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises - 50 m² living room with TV, sleeping area with double sofa bed and dining area - Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a double bed (140x200) - A shower room - Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A shared 60m² west-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather. - A 60m² enclosed shared garden with fruit trees
The flat is located on the ground floor, one level below the entrance to the property.
The flat is ideally located in Nice, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Take advantage of Carras beach, just a few minutes' walk away, for a swim or a sunbathing session. - Go for a dip in the Jean Médecin swimming pool, which can be reached in 15-20 minutes by tram. - Stroll through Vieux Nice and explore its colourful streets, shops and markets, 20-30 minutes away by tram. - Relax in the Phoenix Park, a 10-minute walk away, with its exotic gardens and large tropical greenhouse.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (space for a city car only).
