Value for money.

Walking distance to the beach (3 min) and city center (20 min). Quiet location (no noises from the neighbours, cars, cafes or tourists). Very good condition of apartments and equipment in it. Good internet. A lot of grocery stores nearby. New vacuum cleaner. Possibility to set windows in ventilation mode.
