  • MARINE AP4445 By Riviera Holiday Homes is located in Villefranche-sur-Mer, in a former noble residence called Le Palais de la Marine, right on the waterfront and in the old town, with all restaurants and amenities nearby. This lovely duplex studio offers a superb sea view, 4 sleeping spaces, and fans in each area. The residence also features a large shared terrace with dining tables and an outdoor lounge.



    The accommodation consists of:



    The living area: a double sofa bed (made up of 2 single beds), a fan, a low cabinet with TV and internet connection, and a foldaway table for 4 guests.



    The functional kitchen, open to the living room, with refrigerator, cooking plates, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils for cooking and dining — all offering a superb view of the sea and Cap Ferrat.



    The mezzanine sleeping area: a double bed, two bedside tables, a fan, and wardrobe space.



    The shower room: with shower, washbasin, and storage.



    A separate toilet.



    The large shared terrace of the residence, located on the seafront, offering dining tables and an outdoor lounge. It can be used to share a drink and snacks for an aperitif or pastries for breakfast, but it is not possible to have a full meal there.



    All household linen (sheets and towels) and toiletries are provided, as well as a vacuum cleaner and an iron.



    A security deposit of 500 is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorization, no charge is made). ⚠️ Not applicable to Airbnb bookings.
