  • Welcome to this air-conditioned studio of 20 m², ideal for a stay in Nice, whether for a holiday, a business trip or a short stay on the French Riviera.



    Located on the 6th floor with lift access, directly opposite Nice-Ville station (Thiers), it benefits from a prime location to discover the city and easily reach Monaco, Cannes, Antibes or the hinterland thanks to public transport.



    The studio is fitted out to provide all necessary comfort:

    - Two single beds of 90 x 200 cm, which can be joined together to form a double bed according to your needs.

    - A fully equipped kitchenette with hob, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker, as well as essential utensils for preparing your meals.

    - A bathroom with bathtub.

    - Separate toilet

    - Air conditioning
