Located in the heart of the picturesque village of Villeneuve-Loubet, this charming three-level house welcomes you for a truly Provençal stay.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, opening onto a pleasant small terrace, ideal for sunny breakfasts.
Upstairs, a comfortable double bedroom opens onto a second private terrace and is accompanied by a modern shower room with WC.
On the top floor, a bedroom with a trundle bed (suitable for two people) also has its own shower room with WC.
A public parking lot is available immediately nearby; a blue disc is provided to facilitate your parking. Public transport is also just a few steps away.
The house is only a few minutes from all village amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, local shops. Enjoy the many activities nearby: cycling paths, hiking trails, tennis clubs, canoeing, adventure courses, beaches accessible within minutes, walks in the old village with its picturesque alleys, water activities, and shopping center.
