Wonderfull ... I recomend !

We had a great time in France thanks to a fully equiped home, where we felt at home frome the first moment. The Beach in front of the house is one of the best beaches we have visited durring our stay. As well the pool at the roof is really cool. You have Restaurants and a Supermarktet in front of the building. If you are looking for a time out from everything, i recomend you Florians appartment ! My Family and me have enjoyed this vaccation very much... thanks Florian

Quiet and relaxing

Condo is on the beach. Balcony overlooks the garden area. Rooftop pool was very nice. We had one eve to sit up there with a bottle of wine. Bed was confi. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable outdoor sitting as well. Very close to the marina and restaurants. Italian, Mexican American food next door. Ate at the Mexican and Piz’zatti next door. Pizza was amazing as well as the goat salad. To take a uber to Old Town was 20 and approx 26 min. Definitely would stay here again as we like to be out of the city yet have it in reach. You can swim at this beach but it rained for us. They do not have beach chairs though. All in all great stay!

Homebase

The property is in the middle of the South of France. Making it the perfect location for homebase to travel to east and west on the Mediterranean coast. Very satisfied with the property and our host. Flo went out of his way to provide us with any information and assistance that we needed while at his property.

We had a great stay at Florians place ! The building is direct on the beachfront and the flat is facing inward to a nice calm garden area. The flat is very new with a simple and modern decor . It has a huge covered balcony that almost doubles the living space. We had our Australian shepherd with us and he was very happy on the balcony. The shower is very strong and feels wonderful after a day at the beach! The location of the flat is great, everything you could want is within walking distance. Walk out the back door and there is the beach, walk out the front door and there is a huge grocery store. On the beachfront there is a sports vendor with jet ski, water ski, parasailing and much more. There are also plenty of beachfront restaurants. After the beach, enjoy a swim with a fantastic view from the rooftop infinity pool. So thank you to Florian and his parents for hosting us and we will certainly stay with them again if we come back to the area!

INCROYABLE SÉJOUR ! Nous reviendrons

Position de l’appartement idéale. La piscine à débordement sur le toit offre une vue incroyable sur la promenade des anglais (Nice). Elle n’est pas bondé et à partir de 19h nous étions seules à en profiter. L’appartement est en face d’un géant casino, a 4 min en voiture d’un Lidl, à 50 mètres d’une plage superbe, avec une belle eau et un centre d’activité nautique (jet ski, bouet tractée, paddle, etc) Le bord de mer est assez animé (mais absolument pas bondé ce qui est très agréable pour se balader ou profiter de la mer et des restaurants (dont un indien succulent) A 25 minutes en voiture de Cannes et de Nice. 8 minutes en voiture d’une fête foraine Le propriétaire, Florian et ses parents sont très disponible, accueillant et bienveillant. Ils répondent en quelques minutes généralement. Tout est mis en œuvre pour que l’on se sente comme « à la maison » Serviette de douches, literie, dosette de lave vaisselle, lessive, ustensiles et condiments de cuisines fournis La décoration est fidèle aux photos. Une bouteille de jus de pomme frais et 3 glaces nous ont accueillies😋 De plus, Florian nous a envoyer un message avec toutes les bonnes adresses aux alentours (activités, restaurant, rooftop, etc.) Nous voulions des vacances reposantes, ressourçantes, sans prise de tête, nous avons été servies Allez y les yeux fermés

Nice apartment at an exceptional place!

The apartment is directly at the beach surrounded by a lot of restaurants and bars. The beach is one of the best beaches in that area. The apartment is normally used by the landlord himself and features everything which is needed (including salt, pepper, dishwasher, toilet paper, soap, spices...) Very nice balcony to sit outside during sunset and an exceptional rooftop-pool. Difficult to decide between this pool and the lovely beach... Supermarket (could be the biggest in France) right across the street. Very warm during summer as there is no AC (in line with the description). Sleeping was nevertheless OK due to a fan in the bedroom. A barbecue is there but would need to get unpacked and assembled, so we did not use it.

Perfect Apartment

The apartment was perfect. You have everything you need on your doorstep a short drive from Nice airport. Everything is nearly brand new and the location couldn’t be better, right on the beech front with residents pool looking out over the sea view. Good restaurants nearby, supermarket right on your doorstep. Florian and his parents were really helpful and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Highly recommend, what you see is what you get.
