The living room has a comfortable sofa and a TV, the dining room with a table for four opens onto a balcony, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment has two lovely bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom includes towels and toiletries. The location is ideal for exploring Nice while enjoying optimal comfort. A very pleasant stay!

This beautiful apartment in Nice is ideal for a getaway with family or friends on the French Riviera.

Offering a generous 53 m² of living space, it has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in a warm and functional setting, allowing you to feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The sleeping area consists of two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom features a large double bed (160x200 cm) for restful nights. The second bedroom is perfect for children or friends thanks to its unique bunk bed, combining a double bed (140x190 cm) on the bottom and a single bed (90x190 cm) on top.

Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

For your comfort, the apartment is fully equipped and includes a functional bathroom. You can prepare meals in a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. To make your stay more comfortable, a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer are also available.

You'll enjoy Wi-Fi to stay connected and air conditioning, a real plus on hot summer days.

Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises, and we kindly ask that you refrain from sitting on the TV stand.
