On the ground floor: a living room with fireplace and sea view, a dining room opening onto a small breakfast kitchen and giving access to the Veranda kitchen.
The Veranda kitchen benefits from exceptional light and a lovely view of a grotto fountain thanks to its roof and its glass openings and
On the first floor: there are 2 ensuite bedrooms with balcony and sea view and dressing room.
On the second floor: there are 2 ensuite bedrooms with dressing room, balcony and sea view.
Independently, there is a 2-room apartment consisting of a living room with equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room with WC and a terrace with a garden.
In addition, the pool house offers a changing room, a shower room with WC and upstairs a TV room.
Then you can enjoy the different green spaces of the property where you can contemplate different Mediterranean plants and some fountains.
