Beautifull sea view apartment

Very nice apartment located on the 2nd and last floor of the former home of Lord Salisbury. The property enjoys a very beautiful terrace with sea view. The whole is located in a park allowing to take advantage of an absolute calm.
The amenities are located about ten minutes on foot. The center of Beaulieu sur mer has a train station, a post office and all the services you can dream of.
Access to the different beaches can be done on foot (15-20 minutes on foot) or by car.
This rental is for people looking for a haven of peace and a sea view in priority.

Perfect retreat!

Wonderful retreat in the hills overlooking the bay -- absolutely stunning corner unit with corner balcony. Bring binoculars and plan to spend lots of time on the balcony!

A little Gem in Beaulieu-sur-Mer

Charming & spacious apartment. Large balcony with exceptional views of the ocean. Nice is easily accessible by train, bus & car in about 15 minutes. Our 7 day stay was made even more exceptional by the lovely caretaker Solange who was so welcoming & helpful. We recommend this property without hesitation.

A Perfect Perch Above Beaulieu

Oh la la ! This sun-filled corner unit has breathtaking views of the sea, Cap Ferrat and the mountains. A beautiful property just a short walk up hill from town. Awesome balcony, comfy bed, tons of closet space, and a nicely equipped kitchen. We loved every minute of our 10 day stay and will definitely return.

Great place with fantastic view

The apartment is located in an impressive villa and provides a fantastic view over the beautiful bay of Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Cap Ferrat. We enjoyed this so much. There is enough parking space and the apartment is spacious and nice. Only the bathroom would need an update and more storage space. And some more glasses in the kitchen would be good. Beneath this everything was great.

Sensationell!

Die Wohnung ist ein Juwel. Der Ausblick von der riesigen Südost-Terrasse ist wirklich überwältigend schön. Die kleine Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (großer Kühlschrank mit großen TK-Schrank), Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Nespresso-Maschine. Von der Wohnungstür geht ein langer Flur (toller Marmorboden!) weg, an den das große Badezimmer liegt. Am Ende des Flurs liegt das Schlafzimmer im Gebäudeeck und ist mit Fenstern nach Osten und Süden wie ein separates Turmzimmer. Von der Wohnungstür nach rechts geht es in das großzügige, stilvolle Wohnzimmer und zur Terrasse (die Küche liegt hinter dem Wohnzimmer). Das Gebäude ist ein ikonischer Prachtbau in einem riesigen Gartengrundstück. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar (dort auch ein hervorragend sortierter Supermarkt), von dem aus man in 10 Minuten in Nizza oder Monaco ist. Parkplätze am Haus. Die bereits erwähnte Hausdame, Mme G., hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und verabschiedet. Im Haus ist es vollkommen ruhig und auch vom Ort her hört man - jedenfalls in der Vorsaison (Mitte April) - auch bei offenen Terrassentüren (fast) nichts. Fazit: Nichts wie hin!

Che vista!!

Appartamento comodo e funzionale con lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, aria condizionata. Deliziosa e gentilissima Madame Erika, la padrona di casa, e adorabile la signora che si occupa dell’accoglienza. La bellezza di Beaulieu-sur-Mer diventa un unicum con la residenza grazie alla meravigliosa vista dallo spazioso balcone su cui poter fare colazioni indimenticabili. La residenza è ricca di fascino pur non essendo pretenziosa. Il suo non essere in pieno centro può inizialmente destare qualche perplessità che viene immediatamente spazzata via dalla brezza che ristorerà ogni momento passato in casa. Se amate camminare in meno di 15 minuti di percorso nel parco della villa sarete in centro. Che dire,, speriamo di tornare presto!

A view to live (not die) for !

We enjoyed our stay at La Bastide due mainly to the almost 180 degree magnificent view of the bay of Beaulieu, St Jean Cap Ferrat, the hills of Villefranche. We thank our host for her prompt replies to our questions and the help of Mme G for her showing us the workings of appliances, balcony shade, etc. We didn't have a car but we took advantage of Uber most of the time. I walked down to the town of Beaulieu to shop for groceries and although going down the hill was easy (less than a mile), going up was a bit strenuous but well worth it and I chalked it up to great exervise for the heart!

Cozy appartment and fantastic view

We were very happy with our stay. The caretaker was very friendly in explaining everything and eager to help. Our French is rudimentary but we managed to communicate, and some subsequent issues were cleared by calling the owner. The hob was a bit tricky to operate. It is possible to access the location without a car, but be prepared to walk downhill/uphill for 12/18 minutes for train or bus stop. The furniture is retro which we really liked. The double bed was a bit hard and we compensated with a spare foam mattress in the flat. The view was gorgeous. There is some expected noise from the town below, but it was bearable.
